I am sorry to say that Susan did not contribute to my book.  I am not sure why, perhaps she was just too busy.  I do thank all the other gals that participated.  It took sixteen months to complete this project.:)

Hi everyone,
Here are the pictures of my book.

This page is from Judy. It's very pretty and colorful. It says:
"Hope" is the thing with feathers-that perches in the soul-
And sings the tune without the words
And never tops - at all.



This one if from Carrie. I love this page, it's Katie our "wiener" dogs.



This is from Alison. Love the beautiful colors and shapes Alison used for this page.



This page is from Karmyn. She put a little Spring in my book with this page.



This one is from Connie. Beautiful patchwork quilt blocks. They are cozy and warm!



This is from Angela. She added some Spring with all these beautiful colors and flowers. The poem says:
Spring time baby birds.....I can hear them "Singing", but cannot see them; yet!



This is from Susan. She took her idea from my sign in pages. A Cat of A Different Color. I like this, it's awesome!



This is from Stephanie. It's called "Patchwork of Life". Love the colors she used and all the little things she added on the right hand page. Flowers, birds, butterflies, and dog bites.



And the last page is from Lisa. "All Things Grow With Love". Just love that saying, it's so true.

BOOKS ARRIVED TODAY!!

Hi everyone,
Thought I would put in an update. In my mail today I received my own book. I'll get pictures posted soon, I promise. I also received Judy's and Allison's books today. I will be working on them over the weekend and hopefully get them in the mail Monday or Tuesday. I'll post when I mail them. Have a great day!

Here is my finished book. You can view all of my work HERE at my blog.

The side view: LOVE the beads that Susan added. It really added a unique presence to my book.

I love that Alison added another book into the page - (and the story line had me laughing! - yeah, a young hot stud drinking coke in your kitchen is nothing but trouble!!!)


Sherrie seemed to really got to "know" me and incorporated aspects of my life - our long roadtrip, postcrossing. It felt so personal!


This page made me laugh out loud. I LOVE that it is a postcard and how Judy made the famous Photographer "shame" me! (I'm still giggling over this)

The picture does not do this page justice. Stephanie's page just sparkles. It is gorgeous.

Carrie did two wonderful pages. I love the theme. (I caught glimpses of her other pages and think adding in magazine recipes and decorating tidbits was ingenious!)


Lisa was so creative in using the book pages - such a clever way to fold them up! I love the colors here too.

Susan's addition of the beads made my book "sing". Also - I loved that she included a tulip/spring inspired page. I was feeling the EXACT same way at the time!

This page made me smile. I want all of Connie's wishes to come true!!!


Angela's wintery theme is great. I love the colors and how she left a little spot for me to write in! (her creation was a "flip" design)

IT'S HERE!!!!

My book arrived today! IT IS FABULOUS!

I can't get over how amazing everyone's work is - I absolutely love the finished product.

THANK YOU EVERYONE. I can't tell you how tickled I was to see everyone's unique style and creative work. I have a perma-grin right now!

I will take photos and post pictures in a few days!
